Adopt a Shepherd / Shar Pei / Mixed

Calling all multiple dog lovers: Briscoe is your girl. Currently, she lives with a large pack of dogs in her foster home and gets along with everyone, "from the biggest to the smallest, and the grouchiest to the friendliest," according to her foster dad. In fact, Briscoe would do better in a home with at least one other dog since she is on the shyer side.



Shy girls like to play too, so don't think Briscoe's gonna spend all her time hugging the wall at the dance. When excited, she becomes a bit of a heavy breather and prances around the house like a deer. A natural at making nests, she prefers a laundry basket, stacked on one of her canine brother's crates, where she can snuggle among some old t-shirts. Still working on her leash skills, Briscoe really just wants to be driven around in a car, like Miss Daisy, so she can look out the window without expending any energy. Obviously, she's a smart cookie.



Crate- and housetrained, Briscoe has a few simple requests: (1) please be patient cause it takes me longer to relax and bond with you (2) kids are great but they should probably be older cause the little ones scare me sometimes (3) a tall fence would be the best cause then you don't have to worry that I might escape, and (4) lots of love cause who doesn't want some lovin'?
